How do I place an order?

From our online shop select the products and quantities you wish to purchase before pressing the ‘Add to Basket’ button.

Once you have finished shopping navigate to your shopping basket (found at the top right of the page) and continue through the straightforward checkout process until you have completed your transaction.

To update the quantities on the shopping cart page use the ‘+ ‘and ‘–’ icons.

Can I call you with my order?

Unfortunately we are not set up to take telephone orders at this time.

Where do the artworks for your cards and prints come from?

Whilst we mainly employ the talents of our amazing in-house designers we also use public domain artworks and we license independent artists’ work to expand our portfolio.

What payment options do you accept?

You can pay either by PayPal or Amazon Pay at checkout.

Do I need to have a PayPal account to pay by PayPal?

No, you can pay with your valid credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) — all without having a PayPal account.

Are my personal details safe using PayPal to checkout?

How will my order be packaged?

Depending on the size and content of your order it will either be carefully packaged into a hard-backed envelope or boxed before postage.

When will I receive my order?

We print to order and items are normally dispatched the same day/next working day of payment being received. We will send you an email as soon as your item has been dispatched. We use Royal Mail to dispatch items are timescales following dispatch are generally as follows:

UK:                        2-5 working days* (excluding weekends)
EUROPE:            8-12 working days* (excluding weekends)
USA:                     10-14 working days* (excluding weekends)
Rest of World: 12-18 working days*(excluding weekends)

*Please note these timescales are approximate and are not guaranteed. Delivery timescales may change depending on your local postal carrier as well as at busier holiday periods such as Christmas etc.

How much will postage cost?

Nothing, zip, nada! We will ship your items worldwide entirely free of charge.

How do I track my order?

Free shipping does not include a tracking service. You will be automatically notified with an ‘Order Confirmation’ email when we first receive your order and payment has been processed. You will then receive a ‘Dispatch Notification’ email when your item has been collected by Royal Mail.

Can I amend my order?

Once you have submitted your order, we start the necessary steps to process it. As a result we can only amend, add or remove items on your order if you call us on 0131 467 2104 or email us at – enquiries@weebluecoo.co.uk within 1 working hour of receiving the ‘Order Confirmation’ email. Please be aware that our working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have submitted your order, we start the necessary steps to process it. We dispatch quickly, sometimes within 2 hours of receiving payment. Please call us on 0131 467 2104 (8am – 5pm, Mon – Fri) or email us at enquiries@weebluecoo.co.uk within 1 working hour of your order being placed and we will do our very best to stop the order from leaving the cowshed.

Please note if you have been unable to cancel in time and the order has already been dispatched, (and you have received a ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email) you will be required to return the order in full at your own cost upon receipt. We will typically issue your refund within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.

What is your Returns Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us in the first instance at enquiries@weebluecoo.co.uk within 7 working days of receiving your item. You have 30 days from the dispatch date to return your order to us for a refund (minus any postage costs). Items returned must be as new and in resalable condition. Please be sure to include the following information in your email:

  1. Your full name, company name, postal address, email address and contact telephone number.
  2. The order number of the item(s) you would like to return.
  3. The reason for returning the item(s).

Delivery charges are non-refundable. We highly encourage you to return items via a tracked method.

What if I receive a faulty or damaged item?

Wee Blue Coo will replace all damaged goods. Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. We must be advised of any damaged or faulty items received by emailing us at enquiries@weebluecoo.co.uk within 7 working days of receiving your order. In order to receive a quick resolution to the problem, we ask that you follow the returns procedure below.

Simple Photo Returns (for damaged/faulty products only)
If your order arrived in less than satisfactory condition, speed up the resolution process by following these simple steps:

  1. Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (if damaged).
  1. Attach your photos to an email and send them to enquiries@weebluecoo.co.uk.
  1. Please include your order number, full name, company name and postal address, a brief description of the fault/damage and whether you’d like a replacement or a refund.

You will receive an email within 24-48 business hours confirming that your photo return is being processed. If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your order. We will process the refund or replacement based on your photos.

Please note Simple Photo Returns is available for damaged or faulty products only. If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed, once we receive the goods we will refund you in full including the return postage cost.

You must keep the damaged goods together with any damaged packaging until you receive instructions from us advising on how to proceed.

It couldn’t be simpler, just select the products you want to buy and ‘Add to Basket’. Once you have finished shopping, navigate to your shopping basket (at the top right of the page) and continue through the checkout process until you have completed your transaction. To add more than one (pack of 6 for cards, pack of 12 for postcards, set of 4 framed prints) to your order, update the quantities on the shopping cart page, using the ‘+’ and ‘–’ buttons.

Can I call you with my order?

We do prefer to accept orders online, however, if you are unable to order this way please give us a call on 0131 467 2104 or drop us an email on enquiries@weebluecoo.co.uk and we’ll be happy to assist.

Where can I sell items that I buy from you?

We are happy for you to retail our items either in your physical shop or (strictly) on your own named website. Selling our products on eBay, Amazon or other online marketplaces is strictly forbidden without prior written consent from Wee Blue Coo Ltd.

How much will postage cost?

Shipping is sent tracked via Parcelforce 48, UPS or DPD. Our post and packaging charges are as follows:

On orders from £75 ex VAT to £100 ex VAT – £7.99.
On orders over £100 ex VAT – delivery is FREE.

How do I track my order?

You will be automatically notified with an ‘Order Confirmation’ email when we first receive your order and payment has been processed. You will then receive a ‘Dispatch Notification’ email when your item has been collected by the courier for dispatch, this will include your tracking number.
